![]() ![]() My favorite characters was Sulanoom mainly cause I read a wowhead comment about Sulanoom sounding like "Siúil a Rún" and I now love that song, second favorite was Lord Herne for unholy reasons. I'd say despite liking Ardenweald's story, the campaign was definitely done for the mog and mounts, my love for Ysera and the Winter Queen wasn't enough motivation, I never want to see the drust ever again. ![]() I liked the ground mounts but the flying mounts(the wilderlings) look weird. I surprisingly liked the class ability and I found soulshape useful in some situations but other than that I don't see it being useful except for quick dodging in raids. ![]() The soulbinds were all useful Theotar gave DoS two charges, Nadjia gave an aoe stun, Draven gave a shield.Īrdenweald - Ardenweald was my third covenant, I wanted to do it last because while I do love the entire theme and Ysera, I played it on the ptr and the campaign felt slow and repetitive but thankfully on live I managed to complete it in 2 days. My favorite in terms of not monster fucking is the Accuser, she gives of the vibe of someone who genuinely cares about each and every soul and wants them to confront their sins for their own sake. I liked all of the characters, they each have their own charm, I think a common trait among all of the covenants is that looks definitely betray, The venthyr look really arrogant but they're actually really chill. I was an outlaw rogue for the entirety of the story and covenant campaigns so having grappling hook + door of shadows(2 charges if with Theotar) was a godsend before flying and is an even more godsend for the other two specs that doesn't have the grappling hook. Revendreth - This was my first Covenant even on ptr, when Covenants was first announced I knew I was gonna go to revendreth and honestly? The main campaign was a headache especially without flying, the covenant campaign was incredibly fun. ![]()
